At hairbymoni, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointment Policy Reminder We kindly ask that you respect your stylist’s time, as well as the time of other paying clients, by arriving promptly for your scheduled appointment. We understand that delays can happen, so if you anticipate being a few minutes late, please call or send a text to let us know. Please note that arrivals 15 minutes late will require rescheduling in order to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be charged a 25% cancellation fee based on the cost of the missed service.
