At hairbymoni, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be charged a 25% cancellation fee based on the cost of the missed service.
